All about Light House… 

Light House is an all-welcoming holistic health studio cofounded in 2018 by Nicole Barry.  The vision from the beginning was always to bring the community together by sharing knowledge and healing.  How we have done that over the years has evolved into a beautiful symphony of love and light.

We offer holistic health options for people of all levels, all ages and in all stages of life.  Weekly yoga and meditation classes bring the community together in healing, while one-on-one services like shamanic services, energy healings and sound therapy are tailored to the current needs and growth of each individual client.  

Our goal is and has always been to spread healing and wellness to all.  We offer many individual and group services both in studio and on location by request.  If you need healing and you can’t get to us we will come to you.

I had my second beginners yoga class tonight with Jen. To say that I was apprehensive about going is an understatement! I’m so happy to say Jen has made it so enjoyable! She has a very beautiful way of making one feel comfortable no matter the level you’re at with your body and yoga. I am shocked but happy to say I’ll be looking forward to more classes with her.

Yoga:

  • We have several yoga classes scheduled throughout the week.  Check out our calendar for updated class information and for cancellations.

  • PLEASE NOTE:  All outdoor yoga classes take place at the Swansea Town Beach.
