I started yoga for the fitness aspect as I was always involved in things like cheerleading, kickboxing, pilates and weight resistance classes. I am a mom of 2 wonderfully energetic boys and I’m a health and wellness enthusiast. I found my true calling when I started to teach cardio based yoga classes but I have taught everything from slow flow vinyasa, power to cardio yoga. My passion is for creating community through a light hearted class with lots of laughs and eclectic playlists.

I am a 200 hr RYT and a Registered Prenatal Yoga Instructor who loves to create community. I especially love helping moms (prenatal & postpartum) find their flow. My love for all music comes through in my classes and I can guarantee you will find something you like in each one. I like to say “we are all friends here” because I believe that being in a yoga community is one of the best parts of the journey to self love and wellness.


Brittney’s CLASSES

Fire & Flow

(Mondays @ 7 pm – 45 min)



This class combines cardio based elements (ie kickboxing, jumping jacks) with traditional yoga asanas. It is a 45 min HIIT based class so we will get our energy pumping then bring it back down with flowing movements and holding poses.
The playlists are mixed with R & B, rock, reggae, and techno music to keep it interesting. No two classes will be alike and modifications will be offered to help tailor the class to each yogi. You will be sure to sweat and have a great time!
