Beiginners Yoga Series
“I’m too out of shape”, “I’m not flexible enough”, “I’m too old to get into those positions”…
If any of this sounds familiar, I’m here to reassure you that yoga is accessible to EVERY BODY!
Yoga is also so much more than just a physical practice. It is a union of the mind, the body, and the spirit. Yoga helps teach you to use your breath while moving your body in order to quiet the mind, be present, and connect with your true self.
Make the commitment to yourself to begin this journey and join me for 4 weekly classes where we will explore the union of all the components of yoga while breaking down different poses using modifications and props. You will finish this class feeling confident to venture out into the yoga world.

Perfect Atmosphere
After reviving my interest in yoga i took Jenn’s Monday night class. Have to say it was incredible and a perfect way to start my week. Atmosphere was peaceful and relaxing. Lights by candles only and soft music in background blends beautifully with Jenn’s voice. Will definitely go back

Welcoming!
Hannah was so energetic and fun! Sometimes yoga can be intimidating and exclusive. This class had such a welcoming environment.
