Introducing Tai Chi at Light House!
An art embracing the mind, body and spirit – Originating in ancient China, tai chi is one of the most effective exercises for health of mind and body.
Tai chi improves muscular strength, balance, flexibility, overall fitness, & immunity while relieving pain and improving quality of life.
For a limited time, we will be including Tai Chi class as part of our yoga calendar. That means you will be able to use your yoga drop-ins, packages & even enjoy unlimited tai chi with your unlimited yoga membership.
Beginners Yoga Series

If any of this sounds familiar, I’m here to reassure you that yoga is accessible to EVERY BODY!
Yoga is also so much more than just a physical practice. It is a union of the mind, the body, and the spirit. Yoga helps teach you to use your breath while moving your body in order to quiet the mind, be present, and connect with your true self.
Make the commitment to yourself to begin this journey and join me for 4 weekly classes where we will explore the union of all the components of yoga while breaking down different poses using modifications and props. You will finish this class feeling confident to venture out into the yoga world.
Perfect Atmosphere
After reviving my interest in yoga i took Jenn’s Monday night class. Have to say it was incredible and a perfect way to start my week. Atmosphere was peaceful and relaxing. Lights by candles only and soft music in background blends beautifully with Jenn’s voice. Will definitely go back
