Light House Yoga
Flow & Restore
(Mondays @ 6:30pm – 60 minutes)
This is an all levels class that begins with a slow flow in order to mindfully connect your breath to your movements while gently building your strength and balance.
Restorative poses are also incorporated into the class to improve flexibility by giving your body the time it needs to open into the poses. This class is focused on relaxation by creating space in the mind and body.
