Pamela is a kind soul who is ready to share her light and kindness with all.  Among her many talents, Pamela was certified as a group fitness instructor by the AAFA in 2012.  She has experience teaching indoor spin, HIIT, plyometric and total body strength classes, but yoga is her real passion.  She completed 200 hr YTT with Stil studio in 2016 and fell in love with hot, power and spa vinyasa styles.

Pamela is so happy to be back in the studio guiding others and using her Reiki certification along with her yoga and fitness knowledge to strengthen and amplify the mind body connection and connect with yogis near and far.

Gentle Yoga

(Sundays @ 5:30 pm – 60 minutes)


Slow mindful movements will ignite body awareness and pave the way to revitalizing the nervous system. 
This class will focus on opening up the body and mind and bringing peace and relaxation to the mind, while gentle and intentional movements reinvigorate the body.
This class is appropriate for all levels and is taught by Pamela Simas, Heidi Pontes & Nancy Matheny alternating weeks.  


Restorative Yoga

(Sundays @ 5:30 pm – 60 minutes)


Take the time to recharge before a the work week begins with this fully restorative experience.  Gentle on the body and mind, this class will guide you through restorative poses designed to open the body and mind to rest, relaxation and healing.Leave it all on the mat and emerge from this class feeling relaxed, restored, and ready to take on your week.
This class is appropriate for all levels and is taught by both Pamela Simas & Lauren Peterson alternating weeks.
