Join us every Thursday at Swansea Town Beach for donation-based community yoga and sound meditation sessions, hosted by Light House Mind Body Spirit Sanctuary in partnership with Swansea Recreation.

Experience the serenity of gentle movement and deep relaxation as you practice yoga and immerse yourself in the healing power of sound, all set against the soothing backdrop of the ocean. Our sessions are designed for all levels—whether you’re a beginner or a seasoned yogi, everyone is welcome. Just bring your mat, some water, and a friend!

Each event features a dynamic team from Light House:

• Sound Conductor: Nicole Barry with Sound Practitioners: Dawn Britland, Lauren Peterson, & Caroline DeCosta 

Enjoy a supportive, open-air community environment where you can unwind, recharge, and connect with others. These gatherings are a wonderful way to experience the benefits of yoga and sound meditation while enjoying the beauty of nature.

Please Note:  All classes will meet at the grassy area by the restrooms and playground area.  Please do not park in any restricted areas.  In the case of inclement weather, the class will be canceled or rescheduled.  You will be able to view the status of the class anytime on the Achieve app or on our Website.  If you are preregistered for a class that is canceled, you will receive a notification as indicated in your account.
