Laura is a yoga teacher dedicated to guiding students toward deeper self-awareness through the connection of breath and movement. Her classes emphasize tuning inward and exploring healing through mindful, intentional practice. Students can expect a balance of flow, challenge, and grounding that supports both body and mind.

Laura completed her 200-hour Yoga Teacher Training at Troy City and is committed to lifelong learning.  She holds additional knowledge in sound health practices and holistic health, which she weaves into her teaching to offer a more holistic approach to wellness.  She is also a mental health therapist and mom of two wonderful little boys.

Heated Mindful Movement

(Thursdays @ 9 am – 60 min)

 

Breathe, stretch, sweat, let it go. Drop into your soul through good music, mindful movement, breath and some sweat.
Embrace yourself with the graceful flow of vinyasa-based yoga, where breath and movement become one. Experience a dynamic sequencing of asanas that invigorates the body in order to calm the mind.
Exertion level: expect to sweat- Beginner Friendly
