Join Jen as she hangs up her stethoscope and rolls out her yoga mat. With over 28 years of experience as an Adult Nurse Practitioner, Jen’s deep understanding of medicine sparked her love for yoga nearly three decades ago. She’s always believed that breathwork, mindfulness, flexibility, strength, and balance are essential to aging well—and that anyone can begin, no matter their age, body type, or level of fitness.
Jen is passionate about making yoga accessible for everyone. She offers thoughtful accommodations in every class, ensuring that all students feel welcome and empowered. Having experienced firsthand the physical and mental benefits of yoga, Jen is eager to share these tools with others. Whether it’s breathwork to ease anxiety or guided movement to build strength and balance, her goal is to create a safe, inclusive space where every individual feels seen, supported, and encouraged to listen deeply to their own bodies—gaining confidence, resilience, and a little bit of fun along the way.

JEN’S CLASSES

Flow into Strength

(Mondays @ 5 pm – 60 min)

 

This beginner-friendly flow is designed to help you discover the strength that lives within each pose.  We’ll move through gentle vinyasa sequences at a steady pace, pausing to explore alignment and build stability in the body.  

With mindful breath and movement, you’ll learn how to engage your muscles, support your joints, and feel empowered in your practice. 

Expect a balance of strength, stretch, and flow – leaving you both grounded and energized. 

Unwind & Relax

(Sundays @ 5 pm – 60 min – on rotation)

 Close out your weekend with intention in our Unwind & Reset class. This gentle, centering session is designed to help you release stress, reconnect with yourself, and step into the week ahead feeling refreshed. 

 
Enjoy soothing movement, mindful breathwork, and deep relaxation, all in a welcoming and supportive space.
 
Each Sunday, you’ll be guided by one of our caring instructors—Pamela Simas, Jen Rapoza, or Susan Braz-Martin—each bringing their own nurturing style and unique perspective. Whether it’s calming meditation, restorative poses, or a truly inspiring extended savasana, you’ll experience a slightly different journey each week, but always leave feeling grounded and renewed.
